There are times when life can become overwhelming and we can become stuck in a situation without being able to move forward. This is where psychotherapy and counselling can help by being there to listen and support. It can take a great deal of courage to ask for help.   Many of our clients have reported back on the therapeutic value that they have obtained from having someone they can share their feelings with and empower them.

In addition we work with impartiality without being judgemental and with respect and tolerance to others. We also believe that there are moral questions to consider such as fairness empathy and sincerity which when applied to counselling can help people to overcome many of the difficulties in life and reach a point of awareness where it is possible to reach renewed hope, vision and peace.
